1. Introduction

Welcome to Cloud Masters Computing. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, client portal, and any associated online products (collectively, the “Services”).   • “Client” means the person or entity that has contracted with Cloud Masters Computing for managed services or cloud solutions.

6.3 In no event shall Cloud Masters Computing (or its directors, officers, employees) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption or other similar loss, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
6.4 Our aggregate liability to you for all claims related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

  • We will assist you in retrieving or migrating your data upon termination of services;
